3. Contact and email preparation

Entries in the contact section are assembled into an email text solely in your browser’s memory. The website does not send these entries to a form server and does not save them in its own browser or server storage. The recipient receives your data only when you send the message yourself in your email app. The prepared text is copied to your device’s clipboard only when you click the copy button.

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide to handle your enquiry. For enquiries relating to entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other business contacts, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is responding to relevant business enquiries.

Business email is handled through Google Workspace. Processing also depends on the contractual and technical settings in place for that service. Contact information is retained only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, meet legal obligations or protect legitimate claims.

4. External links and DSC Form

The website links to DSC Form for structured submission of company information. This link does not automatically transfer completed contact fields. A connection to the linked service is established only when you open it; that service’s privacy notice applies to further use.

5. Analytics and embedded content

The website code contains no analytics, advertising or social media tracking services. Images and scripts are served with the website. No external fonts, maps or video players are loaded. The page itself sets no analytics or marketing cookies and does not use local storage for form entries. Platform access features must be considered separately.
